When you place an order at designcloudz, the shipping costs are included free of charge in the final price of your order, since the system calculates the shipping costs depending on the delivery address and changes them automatically when you add products or vary quantities.

It is very important that when you complete the order, you check that all the contents of your shopping cart (products, quantity, versions, etc.) and your delivery and billing address are correct and complete.

In order to cancel an order or make any change, you must request this cancellation/change through your customer area in order to give it the highest priority and thus be able to cancel the delivery of the order or make the change. This is the only way to block the broadcast.

IMPORTANT : Cancellation requests or requests for changes must be confirmed by email.

The delivery time for each of the items in your shopping cart may vary depending on the different finishes. You can check these times in the product sheet before confirming the order. At designcloudz, we keep a small inventory of most products because each product is handmade. To guarantee a delivery time of approximately 10 working days** (provided that all products and/or colors are ready to ship in 48/72h) in Germany, except for palletized orders where delivery can take place within 5-7 working days . Standard door-to-door (curbside) service does not include home delivery. Assembly is also not included.

For companies that carry out their business activities in other countries of the European Union and that have an intra-community operator number, the prices on the invoice are exempt from VAT.

**Due to the volume of shipments during the weeks of various promotions, such as Black Friday, there may be delays in delivery.

At delivery:
Once the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage passes to him. It is therefore important that you check that the quantity of the packages delivered matches the delivery note.

Weight and volume of the products

With Designcloudz, shipping is free, so you don't have to worry about the weight and volume of the order.

For your peace of mind, all shipments we send via designcloudz are fully insured, so your order is protected for up to 24 hours after delivery. With this insurance, we guarantee, depending on the case, replacement or compensation for the damage caused by the transport. In order to apply the guarantees covered by the insurance, it is very important that you always indicate these damages on the delivery note.
