Goods returns/complaints may be necessary for various reasons. In order to make a return/complaint, you must comply with or agree to certain conditions or requirements depending on the type of return.
IMPORTANT: If you placed an order without creating an account, you must contact us by email ( info@designcloudz.com ). For this we need your first name and your order number.

1.- WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT


We accept the return of our products (withdrawal from the purchase), provided that no more than 14 days*** have passed since you received the product and that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered. You must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (nuts, screws, etc.) and the original packaging. It must be in perfect condition, not dirty, stained, smelly, used, or damaged. Returns will only be accepted for products that have not been assembled, used or modified in any way and that have the original packaging in perfect condition (essential for processing a return).

Once the product is received, designcloudz will refund the purchase amount (money refund) or a voucher for the next purchase, as required and excluding transport costs.

* Returns of material for any reason not attributable to designcloudz, in whose initial order the product was purchased with the free shipping promotion, the customer will be deducted the amount corresponding to the shipment, depending on the quantity of material / weight / number of packages returned.

** The amount of the return costs does not apply to discount campaigns, so it will be charged in full.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL:

-If the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase and the order is not yet in preparation, the refund of the amount paid will be made within 15 working days of receipt of the email confirming the withdrawal. Refunds will be made, if possible, using the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.


-If the customer wants to cancel an order that is already in preparation (and the shipment can therefore no longer be delayed), the customer must pay the transport costs, even if he has not yet received the goods at his home. 2.- DUE TO BREAKAGE/DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT

The goods must be inspected by the customer upon receipt. In the event of receiving a damaged product or if it has any type of defect, the customer has 72 hours from receipt of the order to submit the claim to our Customer Service Department via their customer account and to file the claim. If the complaint is not communicated within this period, it will be automatically rejected.

If the goods are taken over by a third party, the buyer undertakes to inform him that the goods must be checked. You accept responsibility for any loss or damage if someone signs for you and fails to carry out the appropriate checks.

3. -PRODUCT DEFECTS (GUARANTEE)

All products purchased from our online store come with a 2 year guarantee. The start date of the warranty is the date stated on the invoice. The guarantee does not cover defects caused by negligence, impact, wear and tear or improper manipulations other than those indicated in the instructions for use, as well as improper installations not carried out by the authorized technical service (where necessary) and materials, which are subject to wear and tear in normal use. 4. - WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED OR NO PRODUCT AT ALL:

If it is found that a product has not arrived in the shipment, the product differs from what was ordered or does not correspond to the required characteristics that appear on the website, the customer has a period of 1 day hours from the receipt of the product to report the incident.

In the event that the product sent does not match the one ordered by the customer, designcloudz will cover the cost of picking up the wrong product and delivering the correct product.

WHAT TO DO IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED?

If you receive goods that are damaged, the simplest thing is not to accept the goods. Otherwise you must note on the delivery note the condition in which the goods were delivered. The deadline for a complaint is 48 hours from receipt of the order.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIRS?

From designcloudz we offer you several solutions:


- Repair or replacement: In general, this is the first solution in the cases considered by the technical service (depending on stock, products and complaint). Remember that for replacement, those parts that have been worn out by the customer in use (if any) should be kept and consequently the manufacturer's warranty does not apply to them. Valid 15 days from receipt of the item in our installations.

- Voucher: reimbursement of the amount by means of a discount voucher that can be used again and again for the next order if you wish. No longer possible after 14 days from receipt of the item, unless an exception is made in individual cases. Effective in 7-10 days. Due to the time it takes to process the order, this method is more effective in the cases where a customer meets the cancellation requirements and wants to buy another item, since the coupon can be used for a new order after processing faster than the refund.

- Credit: return of the amount to the specified account number or to the same payment method as the order was paid for. After 14 days from receipt of the item, this is no longer possible. Effective in 10/15 days.


Dear customer, we advise you that before making a claim for any type of damage, make sure you carry out the appropriate tests to verify that the product is really eligible for the guarantee, because if the product is working properly when you receive it or is not defective and the reason for the complaint is your ignorance of how to use/assemble the product, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.


LOSS OF WARRANTY

-No warranty claims will be accepted for damaged items and/or product malfunctions due to misuse.

- If the defects indicated are due to abnormal or improper use, normal wear and tear, an accident or, more generally, an external cause (such as the intervention of an unauthorized third party on the product).

-If the product shows clear signs of use beyond its capabilities, as well as obvious improper use in the form of impacts or damage caused by liquids or corrosive substances and any other anomaly attributable to the consumer

-Designcloudz products are designed and manufactured for their specific use (homes), not for collective use, therefore the warranty is limited in those cases where the use is intended for catering (restaurants, cafes, hotels, public areas of clubs , public terraces, etc.).

No returns will be accepted for OUTLET products or products with slight defects, with the prior consent of the customer.

-Some products that inherently have warranty seals. Their tampering or withdrawal will void the warranty.
